Aide: Wow..that’s pretty high!
Aide: Sean, now I need you to write down each letter of the alphabet in order on this sheet of paper.
Sean: Ok!
Sean starts writing and gets a little lost and stuck on a letter.
Sean: Umm, is this letter anywhere on this piece of paper?
Aide: I can’t tell you that.
Sean: Ummm ok, how bout on my shirt? (Sean had a few sentences on his shirt that day)
Aide: (starts laughing) You can go to the next letter if you want and come back to that one later.
Sean: When do I get to write ELEMENO next? (L,M,N,O)
Mom: (laughing) Sean, that’s more than one letter L, M, N & O..silly!
Aide: Sean, here are some green and orange blocks. Can you show me what a pattern looks like?
Sean: ???
Sean starts playing with the blocks.
Sean: (a bit frustrated) Can I just build a house instead?
Aide: Sean, here are crayons. Can you tell me the color of each crayon?
Sean: Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, White, Grey, Purple…..TADAHHH!!!!
Aide: Good job Sean! Okay you are all done for today.
Sean: Yay!!! Let’s do that again!
Mom to Sean: No no Seanny, she doesn’t have time.
